The intern will support adherence to compliance directives and participate in internal audits, gaining exposure to various business operations and audit practices. Responsibilities: - Support compliance activities by interpreting and applying Marmon SPI directives - Assist with internal audits across financial processes, including procurement cards, travel and expense, scrap reporting, fixed assets, leases, and contracts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable, Procurement, MRO, Operations, and Accounting to gather and validate audit documentation - Document audit findings and assist in developing recommendations to strengthen internal controls - Participate in special compliance or audit projects as assigned by the FR&C team Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a college degree program; minimum status of entering junior year Required Skills: Internal Audits, Compliance Activities Important Skills: Financial Reporting
