What you’ll do:
• Handle incoming customer and partner contacts by phone
• Provide clear, professional assistance with accommodation-related enquiries
• Support questions about room modifications, rates, availability, and online tools
• Research issues and provide accurate, complete information
• Build positive relationships with customers and accommodation partners
• Continuously develop your product and service knowledge
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction

What you bring:
✅ Native/fluent Dutch + English B2+
✅ Strong communication and customer-service skills
✅ Tech-savvy with good MS Office knowledge
✅ Ability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
✅ Resident of Greece or willing to relocate
✅ Customer service experience is an advantage
