In this role, you will...
Support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across the Operations Management team, helping drive projects from concept through execution.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data using tools such as Excel or BI platforms.
- Create dashboards, reports, and summaries to track key operational and performance metrics.
- Support project management activities, including maintaining trackers, documenting action items, and following up on deliverables.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and updating internal knowledge resources.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support strategic initiatives and business cases
- Collaborate with team members across functions (e.g., finance, product, operations) to gather inputs and align on priorities.
- Help prepare materials for team meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations.
- Perform quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy of data and outputs.
- Manage ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data organization).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working with data and learning new tools or systems quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across and at all levels of the organization.
- Reliable transportation required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience working with large datasets.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in operations, consulting, finance, or analytics.
- Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Jira, Trello).
Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday.
Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; operate computer and phone systems; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee is required to be physically present in the office. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
