As an IT Helpdesk Agent, you will provide technical support & assistance to clients, troubleshoot problems, and work with a diverse team to resolve complex IT issues. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with complex, diverse IT issues - Respond to automated alerts & notifications - Work with a diverse team to resolve problems - Remotely manage diverse, numerous devices - Engage with a variety of people at our clients - Use our cutting-edge AI powered IT toolkit - Help with IT projects and initiatives as needed Required Qualifications: - Proficiency with a wide-range of devices, including PC & MAC - Moderate or better understanding of networking systems - Strong knowledge of diverse software & SaaS systems - Understanding of Cloud computing & IaaS / PaaS - Excellent communication & customer service skills - Ability to work interdependently & asynchronously Required Skills: PC, Mac, Networking systems, SaaS systems, Cloud computing, IaaS, PaaS
