Summary: Marex is a dynamic company that offers a US Summer Internship Program providing students with hands-on experience across key business functions. The Matthews Group Summer Intern will support the analyst team by conducting supply and demand analysis, assisting with research, and contributing to business recommendations. Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and validate data to support ongoing supply and demand analysis - Conduct research on market conditions, competitor activity, and industry supply and demand trends - Assist analysts in preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries that inform business decisions - Support forecasting efforts by maintaining and updating data models and analytical tools - Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or insights and communicate findings to the analyst team - Help develop and improve templates, processes, and workflows that enhance analytical efficiency - Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc analysis to support broader team initiatives - Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values - At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct - To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility - To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required - To escalate risk events immediately - To provide input to risk management processes, as required Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance is preferred but economics is accepted - Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks - Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT Required Skills: Data analysis, Market research Important Skills: Financial analysis, Analytical tools Internship Start Date: Start in 2026
