• Aapka kaam CNC/laser/press machine chalana ya machines ke beech coordination tha khud haath se cutting, welding, fitting nahi
• Aapka experience sirf badi factory ka hai (automobile, aerospace, sheet plant, assembly line)
• Aapko desk job ya strict 95 chahiye

Yeh workshop ka kaam hai, factory ka nahi. Yahan machine kaam nahi karti — log karte hain.

Kaam kya hai

Humari oven workshop ka daily production chalana — aur khud apne haathon se kaam karna. Hum ovens banate hain MS, SS, bricks, tiles aur insulation se. Aap chhoti team manage karenge, har stage pe quality check karenge, local purchasing dekhenge, aur zaroorat padne pe khud grinder ya welding set uthayenge.

Aapke paas hona chahiye

• Khud welding, cutting, grinding, measuring, fitting ka roz ka kaam — apne haathon se (5+ saal)
• Chhoti team ya workshop chalane ka experience (2+ saal)
• MS + SS fabrication; bricks/tiles/masonry aata hai toh plus
• Basic Excel + roz WhatsApp pe photo/video update
• Staff ke saath Hindi, ownership ke saath thodi English; Punjabi plus

• Your experience is operating CNC/laser/press machines or coordinating between machines — not cutting, welding, and fitting with your own hands
• You come only from large factories (automobile, aerospace, sheet plants, assembly lines)

This is a workshop job, not a factory job. No machines do the work here — people do.

The role

Run daily production at our oven workshop — and work with your own hands. We build ovens from MS, SS, bricks, tiles, and insulation. You'll manage a small team of fabricators and helpers, check quality at every stage, handle local purchasing, and pick up the grinder or welding set yourself when needed.

You must have

• Daily hands-on welding, cutting, grinding, measuring, fitting — yourself (5+ yrs)
• Led a small team or workshop (2+ yrs)
• MS + SS fabrication; bricks/tiles/masonry a plus
• Basic Excel + daily WhatsApp photo/video updates to ownership
• Hindi with staff, workable English with ownership; Punjabi a plus
