Job Description
Automation: IT Business Analysis Intern
Location: Quezon City
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the production of business requirements documentation such as user stories, process flows, and basic requirement artifacts
Support process modeling and analysis activities, including identifying gaps between current and future state
Help document business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather and clarify requirements
Contribute to data mapping and analysis tasks under guidance
Assist in preparing materials that support business case development, including identifying potential benefits or efficiencies
Qualifications:
Currently taking up bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related courses
Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering, and documentation
