Maintenance Manager at Manpower in Greenwood, IN

Our client, a large retail distributor is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, strong mechanical repair skills and be willing to mentor]which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager (Weekend Shift) work 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Location: Greenwood, Indiana

Pay Range: $100-115/k + annual bonus.

Possible relocation assistance available.

What’s the Job?

• Lead a team of 7 direct reports
• Be a working Maintenance Manager, willing to pitch in and help when needed.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with MRP system
• Preventative Maintenance experience

What’s Needed?

• The ability to lead cross-functional teams with diverse goals and responsibilities
• Have a good background in maintenance as well as good leadership skills.
• MRP experience.
