The Data Analytics Specialist is a hybrid role supporting the IT and Accounting departments, responsible for supporting MMRO’s enterprise reporting functions and financial operations through a combination of hands-on data-driven analysis and accounting work. The role administers MMRO’s Power BI environment, including maintaining data connections to the vendor-hosted SQL database, managing the On-Premises Data Gateway, overseeing workspace access and user permissions, and building and publishing reports and dashboards for organizational use.  This role also manages responsibilities of general accounting, included but not limited to AP/AR, Case Management System Invoice Generation, reconciliations, and client billing.  A pivotal responsibility of this role is ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all organization and financial data; including strict enforcement of access controls to guarantee that sensitive information is available only to authorized individuals. The Data Analytics Specialist maintains professional verbal and written communication, researches and escalates discrepancies to Leadership, and maintains thorough documentation.
