In this hands-on technical position, you will solve complex client business problems, translate requirements into technical strategies, and oversee the implementation of solutions. Responsibilities: - Leverage firm learning resources to continuously build expertise in Workday and related technology platforms and apply that knowledge to client solution strategies - Analyze complex client technical requirements, apply logical problem-solving skills, and communicate solutions in clear, simple language - Design and deliver innovative solutions by enhancing and implementing existing software tools and platforms, while also contributing to the development of new solutions - Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes within systems and providing effective, actionable resolutions - Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and present findings and recommendations to management - Design and maintain detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and design documentation to support the full integration deployment lifecycle - Identify opportunities for client enhancements by leveraging new features and functionality introduced in Workday releases Required Qualifications: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a solutions-oriented mindset - Proficiency in Java preferred - Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs is a plus - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with passionate stakeholders and end users - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus Required Skills: Workday, Java, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs
