Member Experience Specialist… at Maine State… · Belfast

Summary: Maine State Credit Union is opening its new Belfast Branch and seeking a service-driven Member Experience Specialist Float. The role focuses on greeting members, understanding their needs, completing transactions accurately, providing guidance, and connecting them with specialized support. The specialist will also provide coverage at other branch locations and help build a welcoming, member-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and engaging members primarily in person and, when needed, through online channels or by phone to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service
- Quickly identify the purpose of each visit or inquiry, complete requested transactions with accuracy and care, and seamlessly connect members with the appropriate team member for specialized support
- Provide coverage and assistance at other branch locations as needed
- Help establish a welcoming, member-focused environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service while building relationships across the communities we serve

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year related experience (e.g., customer service, accuracy in cash handling, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Solid work ethic
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to be detail oriented
- High school diploma or GED
