Responsibilities: - Provide technical support in North America for company supplied user devices in a timely manner - Configure and install PCs and other IT peripherals as needed - Diagnose and repair computer related problems - Collaborate regularly with North America and global support teams to resolve issues promptly - Participate in active North America support call queue and on-call rotation for off-hour coverage Required Qualifications: - Rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field - Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Professional attitude and willingness to learn - Desire to work in a team environment - Customer service focused - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Working knowledge of PC hardware and software installation - Ability to lift ~40lbs Required Skills: PC hardware installation, PC software installation Important Skills: Technical support Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer service, Professional attitude
