Summary: Magna International is a leading mobility technology company focused on advancing automotive technologies. They are seeking an IT Intern who will support client PCs, laptops, and printers in an engineering and shop floor environment, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Responsibilities: - The position will include the supporting of client PCs, laptops, and printers in an engineering, and shop floor environment - Software and hardware troubleshooting and deployment of computer images - Computer hardware and software installation and support in a Windows 7, 10, and 11 - Maintain and deployment of existing desktop, Engineering, and Tablet computers - Support of computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and moving of computers - Entry-level helpdesk support Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma - Currently Attending a College or University - Proficient Computer knowledge and skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology Preferred Qualifications: - Some related experience preferred but would be willing to train the right candidate Required Skills: Computer hardware support, Software troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Nice-to-Have Skills: Technical competence Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
