Responsibilities: - Ensure all crib issuance transactions are properly documented and classified - Work with materials and procurement teams to verify the accuracy of crib issuance records - Assist in reconciling discrepancies related to crib issuances - Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental reporting tools - Support the finance team in comparing actual financial performance to plan - Help prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Analyze variances between actual and plan and provide insights - Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial data Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices - Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Proven experience working with cross functional teams - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other employees Required Skills: Finance degree, Microsoft Office Important Skills: Analytical skills, Financial principles Nice-to-Have Skills: Multitasking ability, Cross-functional teamwork
