Job Responsibilities: 四、主要岗位职责 ．有效落实车间管理制度 1）负责全车间设备（包括安全、环保设备）的全面生产性维护车间管理标准、规定与制度的执行，并进行指导与监督，以确保相关制度与规定得到有效落实； 2）负责车间安全管理制度建立，包含车间工具安全使用管理标准、车间消防设施、车间线体防护设施管理制度，并进行指导与监督，以确保相关制度与规定得到有效落实； 3）组织新工人入厂的二、三级安全、环保教育、变换工种教育、复工教育和全员安全教育、现场人机工效改善； ．工艺质量管理 1）现场工艺和控制计划管控以及优化 2) 车间工艺纪律执行管控 3）装配线工艺质量问题主导分析 4) NVH问题分析 ．维护生产设备与工具 组织建立车间设备台帐，定期盘点，确保账实相符 根据相关规定，组织保养与维护生产设备，并评估车间生产设备与工具损耗，以有效提高生产设备与工具的使用效率 工装管理 检具管理 ．组织车间现场精益管理 1）组织编制与持续优化车间安全日检查制度与“5S”检查制度，并监督执行情况，确保相关制度得到有效落实 2）及时发现车间安全隐患，组织安全隐患的排除，并及时汇报与参与组织处置安全事故，以有效控制车间安全事故的发生 3) 组织车间生产现场环境卫生维护，确保生产环境的清洁 4) 主导降成本/节拍改善/快速切换等精益活动合理化建议管理 5．遵守与执行体系要求 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 6．MAFACT管理 支持车间Mafact运行工作，监督班组有效执行 进行分层审核 驱动现场持续改进 执行其他MAFACT条款要求 7．领导交办的其他业务 1) 员工培训转正管理; 2) 协助车间经理开展车间安全、环保竞赛和各种专业性的安全生产大检查，及时组织整改重大事故隐患 五、工作环境：. 车间现场&办公室办公 我在此确认已经完全理解本岗位说明书所述内容。 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
