Senior Quantity Surveyor at Madre… · Doha

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, rate build-ups, and project budgets for civil, infrastructure, MEP/MEICA, and related works.

* Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, scope of work, and contractual requirements.

* Obtain, evaluate, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations and identify cost risks or discrepancies.

* Support variations, claims, tender submissions, commercial proposals, and cost reporting.

* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Commercial teams while monitoring scope changes and cost impact.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

* Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, estimation, or commercial functions.

* Experience in infrastructure, wastewater treatment, STP, MEP/MEICA, or construction projects is highly preferred.

* Qatar/GCC project experience is an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of cost estimation, construction methods, BOQs, drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scope.
