Summary: Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is a leader in live entertainment, delivering unforgettable experiences. The Analyst Business Intelligence will be responsible for designing and developing an enterprise-wide business intelligence solution, creating data pipelines, and providing actionable insights through data visualization. Responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to define their business intelligence needs and work with data engineers to develop solutions - Design, build, maintain, and optimize data visualizations and other self-service tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making - Own the development, maintenance, and reporting of consumer surveys deployed through Qualtrics - Set up tools and processes for effective data management and quality assurance - Leverage full range of Tableau platform technologies to design and implement production ready solutions and create advanced BI visualizations - Champion utilization of business intelligence technology across functional roles throughout the organization - Set up automated processes and tools for proactive data governance and quality assurance and contribute to other data governance initiatives - Perform analysis and identify trends that can be turned into actionable insights Required Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Tableau or a similar Data Visualization tool - Experience with SQL to query data efficiently - Proficiency in Python required - Must be curious and have a self-driven enthusiasm for figuring out solutions - Ability to synthesize numerous data sets to present clear insights to stakeholders - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop various projects at different stages - Strong relationship skills and ability to build alignment among customers and key stakeholders with demonstrated experience influencing without authority Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Qualtrics or other survey tools - Experience with Data Governance processes and tools Required Skills: Tableau, SQL, Python Important Skills: Data Governance, Qualtrics Nice-to-Have Skills: Data Visualization, Data Integration, Data Modeling, Master Data Management, Relationship skills, Curiosity Benefits: Upskilling employees’ talents and strengths, Robust set of tools and resources to help employees understand their interests and purpose, Harness their talents and obtain the skills they need to reach the next step in their careers, Growth and longevity for our employees are top priorities here.
