Summary: Madison Energy Infrastructure is a leading developer and operator in clean energy infrastructure. The M&A Intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting the M&A team, focusing on clean energy deals and contributing to important projects within the organization. Responsibilities: - Draft and manage diligence checklists and transaction summaries for active clean energy deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness across deal stages - Work closely with deal team members to develop a working knowledge of financial structures, tax incentives, and investment frameworks relevant to distributed generation - Take ownership of a summer-long independent project that will contribute meaningfully to the M&A team - Contribute to additional projects as needed, bringing energy and adaptability to a fast-moving team environment Required Qualifications: - Rising undergraduate Senior or master's student - Demonstrated interest in clean energy, investment banking, or M&A - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Eagerness to learn and contribute meaningfully to a team Required Skills: Clean energy knowledge, Financial analysis, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Analytical skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
