Pastry Chef
The French multinational company PAUL is looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team in Athens.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and finish pastry products according to PAUL recipes and quality standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control
Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Pastry Kitchen Manager
Minimize waste and ensure proper recording of damaged or out-of-specification products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment
Work closely with the pastry and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Previous experience of 3–5 years as a Pastry Chef in a bakery, pastry shop or restaurant
Passion for pastry and attention to detail
Professionalism, reliability and strong work ethic
Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
Valid Health Certificate required for employment in food service establishments
Food Safety / HACCP certification will be considered an asset
Net salary of €950 (5-day work schedule)
€100 Edenred meal card every month
Sunday pay premiums in accordance with labor law

Stable weekly work schedule
Retention Bonus (gross):
- €200 after 3 months
- €300 after 6 months
