• Hospitality is a feeling—it starts with you. Greet coworkers with a genuine smile and a warm “hello” to create connection from the moment you see each other. Take time to start conversations, show interest, and build trust. Offer a helping hand to new teammates getting settled and support existing colleagues whenever you can. By showing up with kindness, care, and respect, you help create a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued, and included.
• Finish Strong! Stay focused through the end of your shift by tidying your workstation, returning equipment to its proper place, replenishing supplies, and taking a moment to recognize coworkers who helped make the day a success.
