They are seeking a Retail Selling Support Associate for Women's Clothing who will assist customers in expressing their personal style while maintaining merchandise standards and creating a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities: - Help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration - Actively circulate the sales floor to understand each customer’s needs, share the benefits of our loyalty programs, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey from start to finish - Maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment to ensure a polished, shop-ready environment - Greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers - Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions - Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships - Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves - Share our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you - Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve our customers and communities Required Qualifications: - Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality - Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors - Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English - Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues - Meeting daily sales goal challenges - Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits - Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information - Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics - You can handle electronic devices with no problem - This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands - Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level - Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment - Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions Required Skills: Sales, Cash Register Operation, Electronic Device Handling Benefits: Comprehensive health and wellness coverage, 401(k) match to invest in your future, Paid time off, Eight paid holidays, Merchandise discounts, Performance-based incentives, Annual merit review, Employee Assistance Program with mental health counseling and legal/financial advice
