Job Summary
Works with Controls team in the automation, programming, and repair of mechanical equipment.
Job Duties
• Route basic pneumatics lines
• Trouble shoot machine faults
• Install basic communication cables and test (Cat5, Sensor connections, etc.)
• Perform basic install methods such as (Drill & Tapping, Anchoring machines, Plumbing, etc.)
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
• Currently enrolled in related field of study.
Competencies/ Skills
• Basic knowledge of PLC, and how they work
• Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft office and related programs.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn
