Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone to introduce company services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Work professionally and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Intermediate or higher qualification.
• Basic to good spoken English communication skills.
• Confident, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous sales or call center experience is preferred but not required.
