Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Trakhees Accreditation:Safety Advisors/Officers working within Trakhees jurisdiction need to be registered under the SARS and obtain the corresponding accreditation card.
• Awareness of Regulations:A primary responsibility is to be fully aware of and comply with Trakhees' EHS regulations, which are crucial for ensuring safety on construction projects.
• Training and Familiarization:Completing specific training programs like the Manager Safety Awareness Program (MSAP) is often required to ensure adequate understanding of Trakhees' safety requirements.
• Implementation and Enforcement:Safety Officers are responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Communication and Training:They may need to conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety induction sessions for workers and subcontractors.
