We are currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a temporary vacancy, based at Lanseria International Airport.

The main objective of the position is to generate timeous and accurate invoices to customers for services rendered, as well as to ensure that all costs are accurately recorded and recovered from aircraft owners and/or customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate invoices to customers for services rendered
• Maintain an acceptable gross margin percentage
• Recovery of costs
• Checking over and under accruals
• Invoice overdue report
• Queries from customers
• Assisting FBO with invoicing & quotes
• Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

Educational

• Grade 12
• Relevant accounting qualification
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook

Experience

• 3 Years experience in a similar role
