Requirements Responsibilities: Receive inventory Organize and clean kitchen Wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce Execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas and whisks Maintain work area in clean and safe way Cook food over hot flame equipment in a timely and excellent manner Use a deep fryer Qualifications: Able to speak primary language of the kitchen Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds Must work with sense of urgency Must have a positive attitude Able to effectively problem solve able to effectively problem solve Able to meet deadline Able to analyze information Kitchen Dinner $16.50 per hour plus tips (tips range from $2.00 - $6.00 per hour) Total compensation would range between $18.50 per hour - up to $22.50 per hour All Lure Fish House employees will need the following certificates: Food Handlers Harassment Class Certificate
