GTM Intern, Gridshare at Lunar Energy in Mountain View, CA

Summary: Lunar Energy is a fast-growing company focused on transitioning homes to 100% clean energy. They are seeking a self-starting intern to strengthen their GTM team in the software division, Gridshare, where the intern will contribute to market entry challenges and support business development efforts. Responsibilities: - You will build the foundation for our outbound engagement. This means researching key accounts, identifying decision-makers, and mapping their tech stacks so we can engage with precision - You will, in collaboration with the marketing and product departments, audit and organize our collateral library. You will ensure that when a team member needs a case study or a specific slide, they can find it in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes - You will inform the GTM strategy through market and competitive analysis and synthesizing market intelligence - You will be the Operational Lead for a major industry conference - Ultimately, your work will directly enable our sales and business development teams to open new customer dialogues and drive revenue Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated interest in the energy technology sector, with a willingness to rapidly gain expertise in battery storage, VPPs, and DER management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of influencing commercial, product, operations and executive teams - Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, and is comfortable building from scratch - Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Prior CRM Exposure (Hubspot) - Knowledge of US utilities, electricity markets and VPPs - Leadership / Marketing / Conferences / Event Experience - Public Speaking Confidence Required Skills: Energy technology knowledge, Analytical skills, Market analysis Important Skills: CRM exposure Nice-to-Have Skills: Public speaking, Event experience, Leadership experience
