Job Description
Summary: Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Summer Intern for their IT Support department. This role involves supporting departmental functions, assisting with administrative tasks, and participating in process improvements while maintaining professionalism and flexibility in a fully in-office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the mission and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner while abiding by all privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Follow all corporate and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain scheduled hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Be available to work 40 hours per week and, if asked, some occasional overtime
- Recognize, suggest, and assist with process improvements
- Display critical thinking and problem-solving competencies
- Assist with special projects
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Perform duties assigned by supervisor and department mentors
- Intern duties will vary in each department
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Current enrollment in an accredited 2 or 4 year college required
- Be available to work 40 hours per week and, if asked, some occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of coursework completed preferred
- Experience working in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Preference may be given to candidates with work experience or education paths determined desirable by the department each intern supports
