Part Time Brand Ambassador at Lucid Motors in Scottsdale, AZ

Summary: Lucid Motors is a luxury electric vehicle manufacturer focused on sustainability and enhancing the human experience. They are seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to engage with guests, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support studio operations. Responsibilities: - Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives - Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce) - Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing) - Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs - Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists - Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey - Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services - Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration - Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity) - Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists - Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready - Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests) - Support day to day studio operations as needed Required Qualifications: - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences - Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) - Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting - Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand - Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends - 18 years old minimum - High School diploma/GED required - Authorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available) - Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation - Where permitted by law, successful completion of a drug test and background check including, but not limited to, criminal records are a condition of employment for Lucid sales centers - Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year.
