INTAKE SPECIALIST Location: Melville, New York Overview We’re seeking a reliable, compassionate Intake Coordinator to support our growing client base. This person will be the first point of contact for families and help guide them through the intake process for ABA therapy services. Key Responsibilities: • Contact families referred to our services via phone, text, or email • Explain what ABA therapy is and what services we offer • Gather essential client information: insurance, diagnosis, date of birth, address, etc. • Input data accurately into our system and update intake logs • Follow up with families as needed to complete the intake process • Collaborate with office staff and clinical team on case status • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Qualifications: • Fluent in English • Spanish Preferred • Excellent communication skills; friendly, patient, and professional phone manner • Organized and detail-oriented • Able to multitask and follow up consistently • Prior experience in healthcare, ABA, or customer service preferred, but not required • Comfortable with basic computer work (e.g., Google Sheets, email, CRM/intake system) • Join our team as an Intake Specialist and contribute to providing exceptional care to our patients while enhancing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
