We are looking for an Accounts Manager to join our team in Tokyo office to cover leading securities firms. Forging deep customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Collaborating with internal partners to deliver outstanding service and a valuable solution. You will drive a balanced pipeline of opportunities in order to improve customer satisfaction and achieve revenue and net growth.

How You'll be Successful:
Supervise all commercial activities within accounts, leading the end-to-end customer relationship from decision making to end user level
Maintain solid understanding of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest in any level of the client organization
Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship within the accounts
Manages, retains and grows revenue, responsible for sales and accountable for service performance
Drive growth by expanding LSEG footprint
Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and growing and retaining managed net revenue
Builds and maintains strategic account plans for assigned accounts.
Understand customer's business, decision making strategy, workflows, priorities and needs
Develop high value contact network within all accounts
Handle internal and external partners and maintain networks to arrange and close deals
Provide accurate forecast and build solid pipeline
Responsible for forecasting, keeping management engaged with accounts in a timely fashion
Responsible for net sales and revenue quota achievement
Identifies new opportunities, lead sells Enterprise and desktop solutions.
Define account strategy and lead the account plan
Own account information in relevant CRM system
Who You Are
5 years+ experience and strong track record in sales positions
Financial industry knowledge and experience
Self-motivated and self-starter
Strong understanding of customers business model and workflows
Ability to manage within a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments/organizations and influence at all levels
Problem solving - ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needs
Strong sales skills - able to identify and advocate benefits matching customers’ requirements
Excellent communication, selling, persuasion, dealings, creativity, and team working skills
Flexible adaptability - Ability to respond promptly and effectively to change.
Initiative - Active attempts to influence events rather than passive acceptance
Presentation and communication skills, including presentations skills and effective communication skills
Strong listening skills, ability to develop and deliver a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology
Proven ability to deliver results through development of key sales and revenue metrics
Successful track record of attainment of company goals in a fast-moving changing environment
High level of financial acuity and experienced value based and challenger selling.
A significant level of energy, self-motivation, determination, and a desire to positively impact the business.
Near-native level proficiency in Japanese and business level English
