Summary: LPL Financial is a leading independent broker-dealer focused on providing financial guidance. The internship program offers students the opportunity to gain exposure to finance models, analyze financial operations, and learn about risk management and business intelligence. Responsibilities: - Gain exposure to LPL’s finance models through strategy development, business execution and financial management across the entire firm - Analyze current financial operations and results, initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies, and identify variance drivers and levers to support forecasting and budget planning processes - Identify activities to minimize the effects of risk on capital and earnings which include market data and research to facilitate deal solicitation and best in class client services and products - Learn how to deliver change across finance platform.
