Job Description:
Transient (temporary) position within the LEO group to provide technical support for the joint LSU and FBI DOJ projects. Technical support operators are responsible for fielding calls, emails, and voicemails to provide technical assistance to our users.
Description of work: Technical Support Operator will provide telephone support to law enforcement personnel on nights and weekends. Coverage hours range from 8pm to 6am on Mondays through Fridays, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
