Responsibilities: - Analyze claims and provider transaction data to support reimbursement decisions - Use SQL to pull and summarize data on a daily basis - Model “what-if” scenarios using industry software - Use Excel to organize data and present your findings in a clear, professional way - Support ongoing projects tied to contract analysis and negotiations Required Qualifications: - Recent graduate or senior currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Math, Computer Science, ISDS, Economics, or a related analytical field - GPA: Minimum 2.5 - Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets - High attention to detail—accuracy matters - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Able to think analytically and explain ideas professionally - Self-motivated and able to manage your time - Adaptable in a fast-changing work environment - Works well independently and as part of a team - Spring & Fall: Minimum of 20 hours per week - Summer: 30–35 hours per week Preferred Qualifications: - GPA: Preferred 3.0+ - Experience with Microsoft Office (Advanced Skills Preferred) - SQL experience preferred (or strong interest in learning) Required Skills: SQL, Excel Important Skills: Microsoft Office, Quantitative skills, Problem-solving skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical thinking, Attention to detail, Communication skills, Self-motivated, Adaptability Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
