Job Description
LOOP is a digital-first lead agency, exploring the intersections between design, technology and digital brand building for leading brands. With a team of 400 digital talents and through data driven marketing, we help brave clients to stand out in the digital age. Over the last few years our brilliant team has done remarkable and innovative work for internationally recognised high-profile brands such as Puma, Audi, Breitling, Red Bull and numerous others.
You are a talented Senior UI Designer with a strong passion for crafting elegant, scalable, and visually compelling digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms. As a hands-on design leader, you take ownership of the visual design process, translating complex requirements into polished, user-centered experiences while ensuring consistency, usability, and brand excellence from concept to delivery. Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented, you thrive in a fast-growing, international team environment, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create high-quality digital products that deliver both business impact and exceptional user experiences.
Lead Visual Design Excellence: Create polished, high-quality UI designs for web platforms, ensuring exceptional visual craftsmanship, usability, and alignment with brand standards.
Design Intuitive Interfaces: Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless, engaging, and user-centered experiences.
Build and Scale Design Systems: Create, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides that ensure consistency and efficiency across products and platforms.
Transform Requirements into Interfaces: Translate business goals, product requirements, and strategic direction into visually compelling and effective digital experiences.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, strategists, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital products.
Present and Advocate Design Decisions: Communicate design rationale with confidence, facilitate stakeholder discussions, contribute to workshops and design reviews, and champion best practices across the organization.
Drive Quality Through Delivery: Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining visual consistency, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout production.
Leverage Modern Design Tools: Utilize industry-leading design and prototyping tools while contributing to efficient workflows that support rapid iteration and continuous improvement. Explore and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate design exploration.
4-day Workweek: At LOOP you can choose between a 5-day or a 4-day workweek after one year with us — and have the freedom to switch between these models twice a year.
Free Sports and Fitness: Yoga, fitness, climbing, tennis and more. LOOP covers the costs and gives you access to fitness studios and sports facilities across Austria or Germany.
+20% Vacation: We don’t believe there can be enough time to recharge, that’s why all our team members get +20% vacation days per year, we call it Sunny Hours.
4000+ m² Office Space: Our loft space is part of our identity. An ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600m² film- and photo studio.
100% Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space? It’s your choice every day, and you don’t even need approval.
International and Diverse: Team members from 40+ different nationalities in 7 locations, English as main language and a 55% female leadership quota.
And much more: Language Courses, Visa Support, LOOP.Horizon workshops and trainings, Klimaticket Contribution, Audiobook Library, Headspace App Subscription, etc.
At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
So, if you are motivated to join the LOOP Team, we are happy to offer you a position as a UX/UI Designer. We are looking forward to receiving your online application!
