What you will get: An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance A variety of benefits dependent on role and location The full list of our global benefits can be found here: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits What you will do: Lead the design and delivery of SAP QM solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Act as functional lead for SAP QM initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and GMP/GxP standards Collaborate with global stakeholders and conduct workshops to align on system design and quality processes Configure and support core SAP QM processes including inspection planning, results recording, quality notifications, and CoA/CoC Own SAP QM integrations with LIMS, enabling automated data exchange, batch release, and issue resolution Drive testing, validation (CSV), and deployment activities to ensure audit‑ready solutions Provide 3rd-level support and contribute to continuous improvement of quality‑critical systems What we are looking for: Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP QM within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA QM configuration and end-to-end quality processes Hands-on experience with LIMS integrations and SAP integration technologies (IDoc, APIs, middleware) Solid understanding of GMP/GxP standards, validation (CSV), and audit readiness Cross-functional knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules and their interaction with quality processes Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced education or certifications in SAP or IT consulting are advantageous.
