Job Description
Summary: Longevity Holdings, Inc. is a fast-growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics and services to various markets. They are seeking an Associate Trust Account Specialist to manage life insurance policies, support the Trust team, and help build client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpretation of Life Insurance documents such as carrier illustrations, statements, and policy contracts
- Provide support for 3000 to 5000 policies under the managed solution based on the requirements defined in the client’s service agreement
- Act as a point of contact and provide daily support for Trust Administration Analyst and Remediation teams regarding policy analytics and details
- Act as a point of contact and provide daily support for our external clients
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with external and internal clients
- Communicate with external clients regarding policy reviews and system access
- Add and maintain external client user roles and online account access
- Submit and follow up on various carrier requests (ie: change of address, change of trustee, form requests, etc.)
- Maintain a close working relationships with internal clients and fellow team members
- Generate carrier fax/emails to obtain documents needed for policy reviews. As well as troubleshoot outstanding items needed for policy review
- Research and work to resolve outstanding variances created during the policy review process
- Generate Trust Account Reports for external client approval
- Review and process incoming carrier mail as needed for purpose of policy reviews and variance resolutions
- Provide back-up and assistance to others in this position
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer service focus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills as well as a high capacity for multi-tasking
- An ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities
- Eagerness to learn in this position is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the different types of life insurance products
