Job Description
Summary: LogicGate is the leading AI GRC platform for the Enterprise, helping governance, risk, and compliance teams limit surprises and strengthen resilience. The Product Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in driving product discovery, evaluating AI tools, and defining product requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the GRC landscape, with a specific focus on modern trends like Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) and Test Once, Satisfy Many
- Build end-to-end product management muscle by participating in the full product lifecycle – from conducting user research and writing requirements to overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Learn and apply industry-leading continuous discovery habits to effectively map customer pain points to business opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience conceptualizing and testing AI features in an enterprise SaaS environment, specifically exploring how agentic workflows can solve complex compliance challenges
- Conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis focusing on how other players in the GRC market are approaching compliance, CCM, and the integration of AI agents
- Interview users to understand their pain points around automated evidence collection and testing, and translate those findings into a formalized Opportunity/Solution Tree
- Translate research into actionable execution by writing detailed product requirements, partnering closely with engineering and product design to build and iterate on new agentic/AI capabilities
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upcoming high-impact features, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience and a seamless rollout
- Actively explore and evaluate modern AI tools to assess how they can accelerate product development, design, and internal PM workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Are working towards a Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields with a planned graduation of Spring 2027
- Have a cumulative 3.0 GPA in good academic standing
- Are proficient in using Macs and Apple Products
- Embrace problem-solving with empathy, combined with knowledge of user experience best practices, technical feasibility, and business logic
- Are a strong communicator who thrives in open collaboration, especially when acting as the bridge between engineering, design, and business teams
- Are enthusiastic about untangling complex, messy problems (like enterprise compliance!) and turning them into simple, impactful solutions
- Have a love for learning, a deep curiosity about user behavior, and a strong interest in emerging AI technologies
- Have strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help back up your product intuition with data
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a keen eye for detail
- Are organized and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholder requests simultaneously
- You are enrolled full time in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior or have recently graduated within the past 6 months with your Undergraduate Degree
- Are available to work 40 hours per week during the summer
- Must be based in Chicago
