Job Description
Summary: Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner across the U.S., seeking a Project Engineer to join their project management team. The role involves overseeing technical aspects of mission-critical and data center projects, utilizing electrical engineering expertise to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Utilize your electrical engineering knowledge to design, review, and ensure the proper installation of electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
- Address technical challenges and issues as they arise during the project, proposing effective solutions
- Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide technical support and expertise as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably in the electrical construction industry or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality
