Job Description
Summary: Loenbro, LLC is a trusted construction lifecycle partner across the U.S. The Finance Intern supports the Finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly close activities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes at the project and corporate level
- Help analyze project costs, revenue, and financial performance metrics
- Assist with data collection, validation, and reconciliation across financial systems
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities as needed
- Prepare summaries and presentations for finance and leadership teams
- Assist with financial modeling, trend analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial systems or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive financial data
