Apply Description Dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of outdoor areas. Skilled in landscaping, lawn care, and equipment operation to ensure grounds are clean, attractive, and well-maintained year-round. Key Responsibilities: Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, and watering Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elements Remove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds and walkways Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Perform seasonal tasks including leaf removal, mulching, and basic snow/ice removal (if applicable) Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules Assist with minor repairs to fences, walkways, and outdoor structures Ensure grounds are safe and free of hazards for guests, staff, and visitors Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications: Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and irrigation systems Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor Work Environment: Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions May require early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtime Skills: Reliability and strong work ethic Teamwork and communication Problem-solving and initiative Attention to detail
