Lochs & Glens Holidays is a travel company with 6 privately owned hotels, providing coach holidays to Scotland.
The Role
The Position is for Live-In Kitchen Assistant, as such you are integral to our guest experience. This is a versatile, fast-paced role designed for someone who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will work across all kitchen sections—on the job training in our menus, HACCP system etc will be given.
Key Responsibilitie
- Teamwork: Supporting colleagues in other departments during peak times to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Following the company HACCP system,
- Consistancy: Delivering the same guest experience following the standardised menus

- People Persons: Personable attitude towards all collaeuges
- Reliability: You take pride in showing up on time and working hard as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with shift work, which will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with the right energy and work ethic.
