Summary: LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. As a Financial Analyst, you will support the FP&A team by driving financial forecast model updates and trend analyses related to cloud infrastructure expenses, while collaborating with Engineering and Cloud FinOps teams to enhance data-driven decision making. Responsibilities: - Drive financial forecast model updates and trend analyses for our cloud infrastructure and hosting-related expenses - Through data, work with Engineering and Cloud FinOps teams to analyze cloud spend and identify areas of opportunity to improve results, to develop monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, and to understand their to-date results to help tell the right story - Report, track, and support key operating and financial metrics, and to help investigate and resolve anomalies in volume and spend in a timely manner - Perform analysis on key company growth and optimization initiatives to drive decision making - Provide a source of insightful ad-hoc business analytical support - Develop activity-based models to forecast cloud cost and the implication on product and customer profitability - Help define the metrics that LiveRamp will run on Required Qualifications: - Self-starter with a natural sense of curiosity - College degree (preferably in Finance or Economics) - 1-2 years of related work experience - General knowledge of Cloud Environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) and how they charge for their services - Familiarity with Cloud FinOps cost optimization strategies - Superior quantitative and analytical abilities - Demonstrated excellence translating datasets into actionable results - Demonstrated communication skills with finance and non-finance leaders Preferred Qualifications: - Interest in R&D finance and project-based forecasting and planning - Experience in a SaaS-based company - Direct experience with automated reporting solutions (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) - Background in FP&A, Consulting, and/or investment banking a plus Required Skills: Cloud Environments, Cloud FinOps, Financial Forecasting Important Skills: Automated Reporting, Quantitative Analysis Nice-to-Have Skills: Curiosity, Communication Skills, Self-starter Benefits: Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do., We host in-person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and sports leagues., Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave., LiveRamp offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you be your best self in your personal and professional lives.
