The Technology Portfolio Management Office drives the successful delivery of new technology and business process efficiency in support of our enterprise strategy and ongoing customer needs. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of our products. You will leverage your experience working with vendors, product teams, and engineering squads to deliver in excellence. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be instrumental while you partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers. Your passion for technology, and an understanding of agile methodologies, will be keys to your success in this role.
What You’ll Do at Live Oak
Use your Project Management and Agile knowledge to enable the Technology organization to delivery on its goals
Understand and be able to articulate the area of Live Oak’s Business that you enable and support
Coordinate people, processes, and technology to deliver projects in line with business goals
Coordinate people, processes, and technology to deliver technology increments with continuous customer feedback loops
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of processes affecting multiple teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency
Identify, explore, and resolve complex problems autonomously and creatively
Communicate and collaborate effectively with members of your project teams
Build and nurture working relationships with others and leverage those relationships to achieve greater outcomes
Define structure, develop and curate content, and educate individuals on project management and agile best practices
Maintain a high standard of regulatory awareness including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC
Required and Preferred Experience
Prior experience managing projects
Experience using project management and agile best practices
Demonstrated ability to use project management tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence, and Office 365
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and remain focused in high-pressure situations
Communicate and collaborate with teams
Passion for technology and innovation
Preferred Experience
Education and/or Certifications such as ScrumMaster, ITIL, etc
Experience working in the financial services/banking industry is always welcome

The base pay range for this position is $113,080.00 - $154,200.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate’s salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
