Job Description
Summary: Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, and they are seeking a Talent Analytics and Finance Intern to support and collaborate with the Talent Analytics and Finance teams in the US Concerts business. The intern will assist with reporting, data analysis, and provide support for various analytical projects to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support recurring reporting and analytical workflows for both the Talent Analytics and FP&A teams
- Work closely with team members to develop a broader understanding of how analytics and financial planning support Live Nation’s business
- Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects evaluating performance trends and financial outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, improved analytical methods, or emerging technologies including AI
- Contribute to a defined internship project established at the beginning of the program
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Help prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations used by internal stakeholders
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to generate insights that inform business decisions
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably studying Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Recent Graduate or Junior or Senior Standing
- Curiosity and initiative to explore new analytical approaches and improve efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively across teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance analytical rigor and strategic thinking
- Interest in data analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
