Do you enjoy helping toddlers explore, learn, and grow? Little Endeavors Learning Center is looking for a warm, dependable Lead Teacher to guide our two-year-old classroom. We’re creating a welcoming, home-like environment where children feel safe, cared for, and excited to learn through play.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for children in the two-year-old classroom.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage language, movement, creativity, and early learning.
• Support children as they build independence, social skills, and positive routines.
• Maintain active supervision and follow health and safety practices throughout the day.
• Communicate with families about children’s daily experiences, progress, and needs.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and inviting.
• Complete classroom documentation and daily care routines.
• Work collaboratively with families and the teaching team.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for or teaching young children preferred.
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working with toddlers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to maintain a safe, engaging classroom and follow center procedures.
• Willing to complete required childcare training and certifications.

Schedule: Monday through Friday; hours to be discussed
Pay: Based on experience
