Body Shop Specialist II Location: Elder Ford, Tampa, FL 33612 Dealership: L0499 Elder Ford of Tampa Lithia Collision Center Business is thriving and that means we're hiring! We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic professionals to join our winning team! And that's where you come in! Responsibilities: Manages collection and reconciliation process for cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software Manages Body Shop Accounts Receivables and is responsible for insuring the AR balances are < 90 Days old. Manage Body Shop Accounting Schedules and is responsible for inuring the schedules are kept per SARS requirements. Makes accounting adjustments and corrections to coding errors to clear schedules per policy and procedure Creates Disbursements or Journal Vouchers for Posting by Business Office Posts Inter Company Parts and Sublet Invoices in accounting software May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software Qualifications: Body Shop Experience (preferred) Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred) Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred) Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
