Summary: Lithia & Driveway is a prominent player in the automotive industry, seeking a Parts Outside Sales professional to join their team at Camp Chevrolet. The role involves effectively communicating with customers and vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate parts fulfillment while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email - Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area and stockroom - Order parts, create invoices in ADP - Receive, unpack and store automotive parts - Receive payment or obtain credit authorization - Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts or service departments, preferably in a dealership setting - Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced dealership - Strong understanding of automotive parts, vehicle systems, and manufacturer parts catalogs (especially Chevrolet) - ASE Parts Specialist certification is a plus - Ability to navigate technology with ease - Confident in upselling or suggesting related parts or accessories - Able to manage inventory, track orders, and ensure the accuracy of parts fulfillment - Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills with both internal (technicians, service advisors) and external (retail and wholesale customers) stakeholders - Available for overnight travel a couple times per month as needed - Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence - High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required Preferred Qualifications: - CDK experience is preferred Required Skills: Automotive parts knowledge, Vehicle systems knowledge, Manufacturer parts catalogs, ASE Parts Specialist certification, CDK software, Inventory management, Order tracking, Parts fulfillment, Invoice creation, Payment processing, Credit authorization Benefits: Competitive pay, Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, Paid Holidays & PTO, Short and Long-Term Disability, Paid Life Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Lithia Learning Center, Vehicle Purchase Discounts, Wellness Programs
