Job Description
Summary: Litera is a company transforming the legal tech landscape through innovative software solutions. The FP&A Analyst will support reporting and forecasting of core SaaS revenue drivers and partner with Go-To-Market leaders to ensure financial accountability and insight generation.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leaders to track bookings performance, highlight variances to plan, and drive forecast accountability
- Build and maintain bottoms‑up ARR models, including new logo, expansion, contraction, and churn cohorts
- Own revenue reporting and support rolling forecast cycles, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Analyze pipeline, win rates, and booking trends to identify risks and opportunities ahead of close
- Develop AI‑driven reporting processes and dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into revenue performance
Required Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Working knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts and key drivers
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong organization, communication, and follow‑through
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A tools
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation applied to financial reporting
- Exposure to GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations environments
