The FP&A Analyst will own reporting and analysis of key company-wide operating expenses, driving accurate forecasting and informed decision-making while partnering with functional leaders to track spend and assess performance. Responsibilities: - Partner with department leaders to track spend, flag variances, and drive accountability to budget - Build and maintain bottoms-up expense forecasts across functional cost centers - Analyze headcount and vendor trends and risks - Support rolling forecast cycles with scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis - Create AI driven processes that drive increased analytical capability - Develop reporting tools and dashboards that give business partners real-time visibility into their spend Required Qualifications: - 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency - Working knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts and key drivers - Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders - High attention to detail with strong organization, communication, and follow‑through - Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A tools - Familiarity with AI tools or automation applied to financial reporting - Exposure to GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations environments Required Skills: Financial modeling, Excel, SaaS revenue concepts, Adaptive Planning, FP&A, AI tools for financial reporting, Scenario modeling, Sensitivity analysis, Reporting tools, dashboards, Data analysis, Forecasting, Vendor, headcount trend analysis, Follow-through Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, A 401(k) with company match, Incentive and recognition programs
